Administrators and physicians from private practices meet quarterly for the purpose of updating our business knowledge and networking with peers regarding common management issues. We typically meet the second Thursday of each month, from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. The meeting starts with a current topic presented by an expert, which is followed by open discussion and networking.
GROUND RULES
- Out of respect for each other, we will begin and end meetings on time.
- We value everyone’s thoughts, and encourage everyone to participate.
- We value courtesy. All participants agree to act in a professional manner.
- Any participant may, at any time, request the facilitator to pause the meeting for the group to discuss if we are following our Ground Rules.
- Each individual participant is responsible for notifying the group of their potential conflicts of interest.
- Participants will not share proprietary information, nor will we act collectively. Each participant will make independent business decisions.
