As administrators for physician-owned practices, we meet regularly for the purpose of updating our business knowledge and networking with peers regarding our shared management challenges.
A ProMedicis executive organizes the agenda (with input from the participants) and facilitates the meeting. Meetings held quarterly. Each meeting lasts less than two hours: with an outside speaker presenting on a topic, followed by group discussion. Little cost, if conference room space is available.
Out of respect for each other, we begin and end meetings on time. We value everyone's thoughts, and encourage everyone to participate. We value courtesy: all participants agree to act in a professional manner. Each participant is responsible for disclosing conflicts of interest. Participants will not share proprietary information; nor act collectively.
